Marenco Pineto Brachetto d'Acqui

Marenco Pineto Brachetto d'Acqui is crafted from 100% Brachetto grapes from the Pineto vineyard in Strevi, with a southeast exposure of Piedmont, Italy. The soil is white, sandy, and rich in limestone. The grapes are manually selected and harvested and are destemmed and macerated on the skins for 2 to 3 days to extract the desired color. The juice is then clarified and fermented in temperature controlled pressurized tanks. Fermentation is interrupted through filtration when the wine reaches 5% alcohol by volume (ABV), resulting in a delicate perlage. No sugar is added. This wine is not aged in barrels. It is a fresh, young wine to be enjoyed soon after production. Perfectly pairs with strawberries, red fruit, fruit salad, and other desserts. It also pairs well with Prosciutto Crudo, spicy food, and sushi. It is ideal for cocktails and refreshing drinks. Enjoy this delightful, aromatic wine chilled at 8° to 10°C in medium balloon glasses.
