Mer Soleil Silver Chardonnay is crafted at the Mer Soleil Winery, located in the Santa Lucia Highlands of Monterey County, California. This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the cool climate of the Monterey Coast, allowing for a longer growing season and the development of vibrant natural acidity and complex flavors. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel and unlined concrete tanks, which preserve its fresh, crisp character and enhance its minerality with 14.6% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Mer Soleil Silver Chardonnay is known for its intense aromas of fresh lemon, orange marmalade, and a hint of summer rain, with flavors of lemon curd and marmalade on the palate. The wine's natural acidity and lively freshness make it a perfect match for seafood dishes like fish tostadas, oysters, linguine with clams, and roasted lemon chicken.
