This exquisite whiskey is made from a blend of malted and unmalted barley, utilizing water sourced from the Dungourney River. After an initial aging period of 9 to 12 years in bourbon and sherry casks, the whiskey is finished for an additional year in first fill sherry butts that have been seasoned with Oloroso sherry, resulting in a unique and rich flavor profile.
