Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur blends juice from Austria’s legendary Klosterneuberger apricots with an eau de vie made from the same fruit. Destillerie Purkhart sources apricots from family orchards in the Danube Valley and neighboring regions each season. Use this liqueur whenever “apricot brandy” or “apricot flavored brandy” appears in a recipe, or pair it with sparkling wine or wheat beer for a Margarita twist.
