Muddle a tablespoon of simple syrup or a sugar cube, then add 3 oz of Tullibardine 12YO Double Wood. Transfer the mixture to a whiskey glass filled with a large ice cube, stir, and finish with two drops of Watkin's bitters and an orange peel twist.
