Writers' Tears is a unique marriage of aged Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish whiskey. Distilled entirely from malted and unmalted barley, this triple-distilled, non-peated whiskey is matured in flame-charred American oak barrels, formerly used for bourbon production.
