Composed under the direction of award-winning Malt Master Stephanie Macleod at Aberfeldy, this exceptional single-cask release highlights Aberfeldy's signature honeyed malt character, layered with restrained sherry influence. Despite its age, the whiskey shows a surprisingly light amber hue, offering a refined balance of sweetness, tropical fruit, gentle nuttiness, and evolving spice. Aroma: Salted caramel, butterscotch, toffee, dried fruits, fig, gentle honey, and soft oak.
