Adega de Pegoes White is a regional white blend from the Setúbal Peninsula in Portugal, bottled at 12% alcohol by volume (ABV). This wine reflects the unique terroir of the region, where sandy pozolitic soils, Mediterranean climate, and Atlantic influence combine to nurture noble grape varieties into expressive, high-quality wines.
What makes it special is its blend of traditional Portuguese grapes: Fernao Pires (70%), Moscatel (20%), and Arinto (10%). Fermented in stainless-steel vats at controlled temperatures, the wine retains freshness and aromatic intensity without oak aging, resulting in a vibrant, approachable style. The profile is citrine in color, fragrant and floral on the nose, and soft yet structured on the palate with a lingering finish.
Adega de Pegoes White wine is best served chilled at 10-12ºC. It pairs beautifully with appetizers, white meats, fresh fish, and crisp salads, making it a versatile choice for casual meals or light gatherings. Stored properly, it maintains excellent quality for up to three years.
