Alpha Omega Cabernet Sauvignon

Alpha Omega Cabernet Sauvignon is a distinguished wine that captures the essence of Napa Valley, California. Crafted by Alpha Omega Winery from premium vineyards, this wine highlights the region's unique characteristics by blending grapes from mountain slopes, hillsides, and valley floors. It is made from major Cabernet Sauvignon and small portions of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Merlot. It was fermented in a combination of French oak and stainless steel tanks, followed by 21 months of aging in French oak, and has 14.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty stews, and rich cheeses, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.

Aroma: Rich aromas of red and black cherry compote are accented by notes of blackcurrant, lavender, anise, forest floor, and graphite.
