Antigal Uno Malbec

Antigal Uno Malbec is meticulously crafted from 100% Malbec grapes, carefully sourced from the renowned Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. This region is celebrated for its high altitude and unique terroir, providing ideal conditions for cultivating premium Malbec grapes. The winemaking process begins with hand harvesting the grapes at optimal ripeness. They are then transported to the winery, where gravity fed technology is employed to handle the grapes gently, preserving their natural acidity and flavor integrity. Following fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 8 to 10 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. This aging process imparts complexity, contributing to the wine's elegant structure and soft tannins with 13.9% alcohol by volume (ABV).
