Asombroso del Porto Extra Anejo Tequila is an extra anejo tequila produced in Mexico by Asombroso, made from 100% Tequilana Weber agave sourced from the Tequila Valley in Jalisco. The agave is cooked in a low-pressure autoclave, extracted with screw and roller mills, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 100% agave, and distilled twice in copper pot stills. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40% and aged in French oak barrels, finishing in port casks, this kosher-certified tequila develops added depth and complexity while maintaining a refined, agave-driven character.
