Aveleda Fonte Vinho Verde Rose

Aveleda Fonte Vinho Verde Rose is a typical Vinho Verde Wine Region rose profile. The grapes' freshness and aromatic qualities are maintained during the night harvest. This rose is created using the direct pressing method: when the grapes arrive at the vinification center, they are pressed at low pressure to avoid skin contact. The alcoholic fermentation process occurs in stainless steel vats, which are temperature controlled and preserve the most characteristic scents of the different kinds. Fermentation occurs in contact with leaves to keep the wine fresh. It contains 11% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Pale rose, in the traditional Provence manner, this wine is fruity and elegant, with a crisp and delicate fragrance marked by notes of flowers and red berries. The velvet smooth texture and penetrating minerality make this wine extremely gastronomic, perfect for pairing dishes with delicate aromas.
