Barrell Craft Spirits Dovetail Whiskey is a masterful blend that harmonizes complexity, craftsmanship, and character. It combines a 10-year-old Indiana whiskey finished in Dunn Vineyards Cabernet barrels with an 11-year-old Tennessee bourbon refined in black strap rum casks and Late Bottled Vintage Port pipes.

This combination delivers an extraordinary depth of flavor, with the warmth of bourbon, the richness of wine, and the sweetness of molasses.

With 62.17% alcohol by volume (ABV) and 124.34 Proof, Dovetail is bold yet beautifully balanced, taking nearly a year to perfect from blending to bottling. The result is a whiskey that's buttery, layered, and utterly distinctive.

Aroma: Sweet notes of canelle, panna cotta, and creme de noyaux intertwined with walnut oil, leather, and smoked apricot.

Palate: Rich flavors of cocoa, molasses, burnt marshmallow, cola, and nutmeg complemented by herbaceous and spicy undertones.
