This Pisco is distilled from fresh wine made exclusively from 100% Quebranta grapes grown in the Southern Valley of Ica, Peru. At 41.3% alcohol by volume (ABV), it offers a vibrant and elegant profile with aromas of pear, red apples, fresh-cut grass, and hints of dry fruit, pastry, cream, and cacao, balanced by delicate citrus notes. On the palate, flavors of ripe pear, red apples, red grapes, citrus, roasted almonds, walnuts, pecans, dark chocolate, cereal, dried apricots, and dark berries unfold gracefully, leading to a round, long, and elegant finish. Ideal for crafting a classic Pisco Sour or sipping neat to appreciate its complexity.
