Belposto Pinot Grigio

Belposto Pinot Grigio is a white wine from the Delle Venezie region of northern Italy, where vineyards thrive at the foothills of the Alps under sunny conditions that enhance grape quality. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, the wine is produced using hand-harvested grapes in early September, followed by delicate pressing.

Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic freshness, and the wine is then aged on the lees for at least two months, with periodic batonnage, which adds subtle complexity. Bottled at 13% alcohol by volume (ABV), this Pinot Grigio represents the balance of freshness and fruit for which the region is renowned. It pairs beautifully with fish, seasonal pasta dishes, or chicken.
