Belposto Prosecco

Belposto Prosecco is a sparkling wine from the Veneto region of northern Italy, where vineyards lie at the foothills of the Alps and benefit from a unique climate that produces high-quality grapes. Made from 100% Prosecco grapes, the wine is produced through a meticulous process that begins with hand-harvesting in early September, followed by delicate pressing.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and fruit character. A secondary fermentation of about 15 days develops the fine mousse and lively bubbles, while two months of lees aging enhance structure, creaminess, and length. Bottled at 11% alcohol by volume (ABV), this Prosecco shows balance and elegance in every glass.

Belposto Prosecco has received notable recognition, including a "Best Buy" and "Highly Recommended" rating from the Beverage Testing Institute in October 2020, underscoring its quality and appeal among sparkling wines. It pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, risotto, pasta with creamy sauces, or even chocolate desserts.
