The vapour infusion method allows alcohol vapours to pass through the botanicals, extracting flavour and aroma to create a balanced, layered gin profile.

Bombay Sapphire Gin is delicately balanced and versatile, presenting bright juniper supported by fresh citrus and subtle spice, which reveals a harmonious blend of juniper, citrus, coriander, peppers, and gentle spice notes, delivering clarity and structure without heaviness. The finish is clean and crisp, maintaining botanical complexity throughout.
