Cabal Still Strength Blanco Tequila is an organic, high-proof blanco tequila made from 100% Tequilana Weber agave grown in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco and bottled at 55% alcohol by volume (ABV), 110 proof. The agave is cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens, fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks using proprietary yeast without fibers, and distilled twice in copper and stainless steel pot stills. Distilled at or near proof and rested only in stainless steel, this expression avoids dilution and wood influence, delivering an uncompromised, agave-forward profile with pronounced minerality, peppery heat, citrus brightness, and a long, warming finish.
