Can De La Calle Agave Wine is the world's first premium artisanal agave wine, created by acclaimed distiller Melly Barajas. Known not only for her craft but also for her compassion, Melly rescues stray dogs from Guadalajara and brings them to her distillery in rural Jalisco, where they live safely among the agave fields of Lake Presa Del Salto. With over 20 years of experience, she has dedicated herself to preparing agave wine with no shortcuts, preserving authenticity at every step.

This North American exclusive is made from 9–10-year-old, locally matured agave, which is slow-cooked for 24 hours and then rested for an additional 24 hours before fermentation. The wine is then blended with Melly's additive-free 100% agave tequila, raising the alcohol by volume (ABV) to 24%. Perfect for establishments with beer and wine licenses that can't serve liquor, Can De La Calle Agave Wine offers versatility as a substitute for tequila in cocktails, while also being enjoyable neat or on the rocks.
