Aperitivo Cappelletti, affectionately known as "Specialino", is a classic red bitter with a vinous texture and a vibrant, flavorful profile. Made just outside Trento in Alto Adige by the Cappelletti family, it features natural carmine coloring and a less sweet, wonderfully drying finish. 

With 17% alcohol by volume (ABV), this aperitivo balances bright wine flavors with bitter undertones, making it perfect for a crisp Negroni, refreshing Spritz, or even paired with French farmhouse ales or Radler-style beers.
