Champs de Provence Brut Rose

Champs de Provence Brut Rose is a sparkling wine from the Mediterranee IGP in the south of France, near Provence and the Mediterranean Sea. Produced from Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, the grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, then macerated and pressed to capture aromatic intensity. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, such as 15˚C to 18˚C, followed by a second fermentation in thermo-regulated vats with regular lees stirring.

The wine is aged for a minimum of six months on the lees, which enhances its depth and expression. With 12% alcohol by volume (ABV), it reflects the sunny climate, cool nights, and mistral winds of the region that help produce vibrant and aromatic fruit.

Champs de Provence Brut Rose has been recognized for its elegance and refreshing style, making it a standout option among sparkling wines from the Mediterranean region. Its balance of freshness and finesse ensures broad appeal for both casual enjoyment and celebratory occasions.
