Chivas Regal Ultis is a warm, generous blended malt Scotch whiskey from Scotland, launched in October 2016 as the first of its kind in the Chivas portfolio. This outstanding expression pays tribute to the commitment and mastery of five Chivas Master Blenders, whose dedication to the house style spans from 1801 to the present day. Crafted from five of the finest single malt Speyside whiskeys, including Strathisla, Longmorn, and Braeval, and blended with Strathclyde grain whiskey, Ultis delivers a rich, full-bodied taste that reflects the essence of Chivas Regal. Each component, malt, grain, and whiskey, is selected for its unique character. When blended, they create something truly extraordinary.

The aroma opens with fresh notes of red apples, peach, cinnamon, fudge, and honey, leading into a smooth, sweet palate layered with clementine, apricots, soft caramel, spicy cloves, and ginger. Additional flavor notes include honey, chocolate, and poached pears, offering a luxurious and balanced experience. Aged for 20 years, this whiskey is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with a splash of water, or in cocktails such as a Kombucha Highball or Citrus Old Fashioned. with 40% alcohol by volume (ABV), 80 proof, and is best enjoyed responsibly.
