Clear Creek Pear Brandy "Pear-in-the-Bottle" is a true work of art and tradition, representing one of the most unique expressions of pear brandy in the world.

The distillery actually grows the pear inside each bottle in their orchards, a meticulous, centuries-old practice from Alsace, France. In late spring, bottles are placed on trees to let the young pears mature within, nurtured by hand throughout the summer.

When perfectly ripe, each bottle is carefully harvested, cleaned naturally without preservatives, and then filled with Clear Creek’s renowned pear eau de vie.

The result is a striking balance of craftsmanship and flavor - pure, aromatic, and elegant. With 40% alcohol by volume (ABV) (80 Proof), this brandy captures the delicate essence of fresh Oregon pears in every sip, offering a rare and unforgettable tasting experience.
