Codigo 1530 Anejo Tequila has been aged with care for six years in the finest French White Oak of Napa Valley Cabernet wine barrels, making it one of the world's most luxurious Anejo Tequila. The Origen blends the vibrant agave flavors of tequila with the rich, warm notes of good cognac or aged whiskey. It has a complex, rich flavor profile and a smooth finish, distinguishing it from other extra anejo tequilas. The Origen uses only the best ingredients perfectly ripe agave and fresh Amatitan water filtered through the volcanic soil of Los Bajos.
They craft the Origen using family methods practiced and perfected over generations. The tequila is matured for six years in French White Oak Napa Valley Cabernet wine barrels, which add rich aromas of oak and vanilla.
