This wine is created from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, which are hand harvested at night native and cultured yeast fermentation spontaneous malolactic fermentation, Aged 18 months in oak barrels. Structured tannins provide this full bodied wine with a unique depth and lively acidity that gives tension to a long, seamless finish. It contains 14.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).
