Inspired by the traditional Del Maguey Pechuga, this mezcal replaces the chicken breast in the still with the legendary Spanish Jamon Iberico de Bellota, a world-renowned ham made from free-range, acorn-fed black-footed Iberico pigs of Spain. Produced with the same dedication and craftsmanship as the rest of the Single Village series, it stands out as one of the most unique offerings from Del Maguey.
Bottle at 49% alcohol by volume (ABV), 98 proof, this mezcal opens with floral aromatics accented by a subtle hint of jamon, balanced with notes of dark fig, green hay, and forest floor.
