Del Maguey San Jose Rio Minas Mezcal is a minimal edition crafted in the highly remote Northern Mixteca Alta region of Oaxaca, Mexico. This unique expression is distilled from Espadin and Arroqueño agaves in a rare combination of clay and metal stills, staying true to the traditional methods of mezcal production. Bottled at 48% alcohol by volume (ABV), 96 proof.

This mezcal opens with a bright and sweet nose of papaya and ripe peaches, leading into a lightly sweet, floral palate reminiscent of carrying a bouquet of roses and violets. The flavors evolve with notes of pepper and herbal tones from hoja santa and eucalyptus, leaving a refreshing finish that lingers on the palate.
