Devaux Blanc de Noirs

Devaux Blanc de Noirs is part of the Tribute "Hommage" Collection, created in honor of Augusta-Maria Herbin, who managed Champagne Devaux with energy and vision in the late 19th century. Produced exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the Cote des Bar, this cuvee includes 20% reserve wines that enhance depth and consistency. Following fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. It is then aged for a minimum of two years after harvest. Bottled at 12% alcohol by volume (ABV), this Brut Champagne reflects both structure and elegance, highlighting the richness Pinot Noir brings to the blend.

Devaux Blanc de Noirs has garnered strong recognition, including 91 points from James Suckling in 2019, which affirms its standing among fine Champagnes.

Palate: Warm brioche, honey, dried fruits, and a touch of menthol with balance and freshness.
