Devaux Cuvee Rosee

Devaux Cuvee Rosee is part of the Classic Collection from Champagne Devaux, blending 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the Cote des Bar, Montgueux, and Vitry. A small proportion of Pinot Noir, vinified as both red and rose, is added before secondary fermentation, contributing to this Champagne's softness, roundness, and elegant, fruit-driven style. After fermentation in stainless steel vats with malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in the cellar for a minimum of three years, followed by additional time after disgorgement to refine its character. Carrying 12% alcohol by volume (ABV), it achieves both freshness and richness.

This cuvee has earned strong recognition, including 93 points from the World Wine Championship, 93 points from the Beverage Testing Institute, and 90 points from James Suckling, placing it among the most highly regarded rose Champagnes in its class. The wine is expressive and balanced, pairing beautifully with cured meats, crab cakes, duck, or light meals, and it shines equally as a refreshing choice for late evenings or afternoon occasions.
