Devaux D Millesime is part of the prestigious D Collection, produced in an exceptional, classic manner from a unique harvest. Composed from an equal blend of 50% Pinot Noir sourced from the Cote des Bar and 50% Chardonnay from the Cote des Blancs, it represents the very best plots selected by Champagne Devaux. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats, with 23% of the wine vinified without malolactic fermentation, and is matured for a minimum of ten years in the cellar before release. Carrying 12% alcohol by volume (ABV), it achieves a balance of freshness and richness. Since its inception, the D Collection has released only seven classic wines, with the 2012 standing out for its balance of maturity and acidity, ensuring remarkable aging potential. This Champagne reveals both complexity and elegance, making it a rare and refined expression. It pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as fugu, scallops, or truffle risotto. It is ideally suited for life’s celebrations and milestones.
