Devaux Grande Reserve Brut

Devaux Grande Reserve Brut is part of the Classic Collection from Champagne Devaux, blending 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay with fruit primarily sourced from the Cote des Bar. This multi-cru approach allows the winemaker to create a Champagne that balances delicacy with complexity. After fermentation in stainless steel vats and malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged for a minimum of three years before release, with further time in the cellar after dosage to refine its expression. This wine contains 12% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Grande Reserve Brut has been highly acclaimed, earning 94 points from both the World Wine Championship and the Beverage Testing Institute, 91 points from James Suckling, and 90 points from Wine Enthusiast, where it was named Editor's Choice. It pairs beautifully with soft cheeses, salads, oysters, or dishes featuring white truffle, making it an elegant choice for celebrations and gourmet meals.
