The grapes are handpicked and undergo a stringent selection process. They are then delicately pressed, and the juice is fermented in thermo regulated stainless steel vats to preserve the fresh, fruity characteristics of the grapes. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats, which helps maintain its vibrant and fresh profile. This method ensures the wine retains its delicate aromas and flavors without the influence of oak with 13% alcohol by volume (ABV).
