Dona Paula Los Cardos Chardonnay

Dona Paula Los Cardos Chardonnay is sourced from estate-owned vineyards in Mendoza's Uco Valley, with grapes grown in both Los Cerezos in Tupungato at 1,000 meters and Alluvia in Gualtallary at 1,350 meters above sea level. These vineyards feature loam and rocky, calcareous soils, combined with a wide thermal amplitude and low annual rainfall, which contribute to freshness and aromatic expression.

Grapes are harvested from late February through early March, then carefully destemmed and softly crushed. A gentle pressing is followed by fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, preserving the variety's primary fruit aromas. With 13.5% alcohol by volume (ABV), it offers both depth and refinement. This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with fish, shrimp, chicken, turkey, fresh salads, or pasta with cream sauces, making it versatile for both light and rich meals.
