Dona Paula Los Cardos Sauvignon Blanc is produced from estate vineyards in Los Cerezos, Tupungato, Uco Valley, planted at 1,000 meters above sea level. The loam soils, rich in calcium carbonate, combined with a wide thermal amplitude of 14°C and limited annual rainfall of 280 mm, create ideal conditions for expressive and fresh wines.
Grapes are handpicked in the third week of February during the early morning to avoid oxidation. After gentle pressing, a pellicular maceration transfers the varietal character from skin to must, followed by fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic intensity. Carrying 12% alcohol by volume (ABV), it achieves a balance of freshness and richness. It pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, sushi, salads, pasta with light sauces, and citrus desserts.
