Double Diamond Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the acclaimed Oakville AVA in Napa Valley, California, which is renowned for producing some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The region's unique combination of soil, climate, and topography provides the ideal conditions for growing high quality Cabernet Sauvignon. The winemaking process for this wine begins with hand harvested grapes, carefully sorted to ensure that only the best fruit is used. These grapes undergo fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise management of the fermentation process. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, combining new barrels and second use barrels.
