At 15.2% alcohol by volume (ABV), this inaugural 2021 release blends 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, and 25% Cabernet Franc, then ages the wine in 87% new French oak with 13% second-use Schrader Darnajou barrels to build depth and polish.

The flavor profile balances vibrant red and blue fruits-red cherry, blueberry, and pomegranate with savory nuances of bell pepper and iron, layered alongside vanilla bean, blackberry compote, dark chocolate, and espresso.
