Dr. H. Thanisch Riesling Feinherb originates from the Bernkastell district in Germany's renowned Moselle region, one of the country's warmest climatic zones. The river and slate soils here store heat and reflect sunlight, creating ideal growing conditions for Riesling on steep vineyard slopes. The estate, a member of The Ring Mosel 1899, is dedicated to sustainable viticulture, and its vineyards range in age from 10 to 90 years.

Fermentation occurs in a blend of steel tanks and neutral oak, utilizing wild yeast and vegan fining to preserve purity. Containing 10.3% alcohol by volume (ABV), this off-dry Riesling has earned consistent praise, regularly scoring 89–90 points from James Suckling, Wine Advocate, and Wine Enthusiast. It pairs beautifully with light salads, seafood, chicken, risotto, and a variety of Asian dishes.

Color: Pale yellow with bright reflections.

Aroma: Fresh peaches, Williams-pear, raspberries, gooseberries, and citrus notes of grapefruit and cumquat.
