Every drop of Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is triple distilled at The Shed Distillery using a unique mash bill of malted Irish barley, unmalted Irish barley, and Irish Barra oats.

This small-batch whiskey is aged in a combination of Sherry Oloroso and Kentucky Bourbon casks, bottled at 43% alcohol by volume (ABV) and 86 Proof, with no added color and no chill filtration. The use of unmalted barley imparts a silky texture, while the Barra oats lend a creamy richness, creating a beautifully smooth and spicy character that sets this whiskey apart.

As the first Irish whiskey distilled in the Western province of Connacht in over 105 years, it represents both tradition and innovation.
