Estancia Cabernet Sauvignon

The bold, dark fruit flavors of this full-bodied wine showcase why Paso Robles is an emerging region for producing exceptional California wines, made from the blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petite Sirah, 4% Merlot, 3% Syrah, 2% Malbec, and 1% Petit Verdot. Bottled at 13.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) and pairs well with aged Gouda or Parmesan, salads, potatoes, steak, and red sauce pasta.

Color: Dark Crimson.

Aroma: Brambleberry and floral aromas with notes of tobacco and leather.
