Finca Las Moras Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon

Finca Las Moras Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from select vineyards in the Pedernal Valley of San Juan, Argentina. Hand-harvested grapes undergo bunch selection, destemming, and fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats for a minimum of 20 days, followed by natural malolactic fermentation.

The wine is then aged for 12 months in American bourbon oak barrels, giving it a distinctive character. Containing 13.5% alcohol by volume (ABV), this Cabernet shows complexity and richness, earning 90-point ratings and being highly recommended by international critics. It pairs wonderfully with pasta, grilled red meats, and hearty stews, making it an excellent choice for bold meals.

Aroma: Complex with notes of plums, raisins, oak, vanilla, and candied aromas.

Palate: Well-structured with soft and ripe tannins.
