Fossetta Prosecco

Fossetta Prosecco comes from the Prosecco D.O.C. in Veneto, Italy, where vineyards are planted on steep slopes with loose soils and in plains with clay-rich soils. Grapes are harvested from late August to mid-September to achieve the ideal balance of ripeness and acidity, then quickly crushed to preserve their aromatic freshness.

Gentle pressing and careful vinification ensure that the wine maintains its vibrant fruit character. Containing 11% alcohol by volume (ABV), this extra dry Prosecco is lively and versatile, pairing perfectly with fish, white meats, and fresh cheeses, and is also an easy-drinking sparkling wine suitable for celebrations and casual gatherings alike.

Color: Brilliant straw yellow with delicate perlage.

Palate: Ripe assorted apple, pear, citrus, and hints of almond.
