Foursquare ECS Mark XXI 2010 Rum

Foursquare ECS Mark XXI 2010 is a rum produced in Barbados by the historic Foursquare Rum Distillery, established in 1720. The distillery was reopened by R.L. Seale & Co. Ltd. in 1996 and is overseen by Master Distiller Richard Seale, who is the fourth generation of traders and distillers in this family business. This rum is a testament to the art of rum making. It is a single blended rum harmoniously combining pot and column still rums. It was aged for 12 years in a mix of first, second, and third fill ex bourbon barrels. Bottled at a robust 60% alcohol by volume (ABV), this rum is free from color, sugar, additives, and filtration, ensuring a pure and authentic tasting experience. It is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the flavors. It also pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate or a fine cigar.
