Friend & Farmer Red Wine

Friend and Farmer Tempranillo is the creation of three brothers, Francisco, Javier, and Luis Parra, whose dream was to honor their home of La Mancha through organically and biodynamically grown grapes.

At 13.5% alcohol by volume (ABV), the Parra brothers prepared this expressive wine in collaboration with renowned winemaker Juan Antonio Ponce of Bodegas Ponce, from two distinct vineyards near the town of Las Mesas.

The Entresendas vineyard, situated in a dried riverbed, offers rich alluvial soils that enhance grape ripeness and flavor. Meanwhile, the Olla del Monte vineyard, also known as Cuesta Colora or "the colored slope," features chalky clay and sun-warmed pebbles that create ideal growing conditions, allowing the Tempranillo grapes to develop depth and character.
