Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon is an exquisite creation that blends their award-winning Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey with the natural sweetness of Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey.

The result is a smooth, light bourbon with a gentle honey-kissed finish. To craft this unique expression, Garrison Brothers' Master Distiller transformed used bourbon barrels into small wooden cubes, soaked them in honey, and then immersed them in bourbon for seven months to infuse the spirit with rich, natural flavor.

The bourbon delivers notes of sweet elderberry syrup, yellow-flesh peaches, apricots, white chocolate, and golden Texas honey, creating a beautifully balanced and aromatic profile. 

With 40% alcohol by volume (ABV) and 80 Proof, this bourbon has earned multiple honours, including Double Gold at the 2022 TAG Global Spirits Awards, Gold at the 2022 Monterey International Wine & Spirits Competition and the 2020 North American Bourbon & Whiskey Competition, as well as Silver medals from the 2020 Bartender Spirits Awards and the 2019 American Distilling Institute.

Aroma: Warm honey and soft fruit with hints of oak and vanilla.

Palate: Sweet elderberry, peach, apricot, and white chocolate balanced by bourbon spice.
