Garrison Brothers Sonora Bourbon is a Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in rye whiskey barrels, prepared in Hye, Texas, and inspired by the wild beauty of the Caverns of Sonora. Built on fully matured Garrison Brothers bourbon and finished for three additional years in 53-gallon rye barrels, Sonora brings together bold Texas structure with layered spice and depth from rye cask influence, with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 54%. This release also marks a milestone in bourbon craftsmanship, led by Samantha Olvera alongside the women of Garrison Brothers, celebrating collaboration, leadership, and grain-to-glass excellence in the Texas Hill Country.

Color: Autumn Amber.

Aroma: Rich aromas of sweet corn, oak, and rye spices mingle with vanilla and butterscotch.

Palate: The palate bursts with black pepper and cinnamon, followed by a bouquet of citrus zest, almond tea, and wildflower honey.

Finish: Lingering finish of brown sugar and creme brulee.
