Gekkeikan Traditional is the world's most popular Junmai-shu! It embodies the signature Gekkeikan style, representing over 370 years and 14 generations of sake brewing experience.

This sake offers an herbaceous style with hints of grapefruit and a touch of light earthiness. It shows good acidity and a mineral-driven character, finishing with a clean and well-balanced medium length. With 15.6% (alcohol by volume) ABV, it delivers both tradition and versatility in every pour.
