Orange Gold is a unique and expressive orange wine formulated using an ancestral winemaking technique, where white grapes are vinified and fermented in whole bunches, similar to the process for red wines. This method, combined with maceration on the stalks and skins, yields a wine with a striking orange color featuring golden reflections and a distinctive tannic structure. A blend of seven Mediterranean grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Chenin, Viognier, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Muscat, and others, creates a wine of exceptional aromatic complexity, finesse, and balance. Made from organic grapes, Orange Gold reflects the vibrancy, minerality, and freshness of the South of France. With an alcohol content of 13% by volume (ABV), it is perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with refined cuisine.
