This non-age-statement expression is composed of pot-still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years. It matures in a blend of new, refill, and sherry casks, allowing layered flavors to develop from varied wood influences.

The maturation process shapes its aromatic and flavor profile with fresh aromatic oils and spices, joined by orchard fruits and barley, set against a background of toasted wood, with a spicy body and a hint of cloves, balanced by the fruity sweetness of green apples and rounded by toasted oak.
