This Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a non-age statement expression crafted from pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years. Bottled at 40% alcohol by volume (ABV) (80 Proof), it matures in a combination of new bourbon, refill bourbon, and sherry casks, creating a complex and layered spirit. On the nose, fresh aromatic oils and spices mingle with orchard fruits and barley over subtle toasted wood notes. The palate is full-bodied and spicy, with hints of cloves, green apple sweetness, and toasted oak.
