Highland Queen 1561 is a blended Scotch whisky created in honor of Mary, Queen of Scots, whose triumphant arrival at Leith in 1561 inspired the brand name. Produced in Scotland, this blend contains 60% single malt along with a high proportion of 8-year-old whisky, offering depth and complexity beyond the standard. Containing 40% alcohol by volume (ABV), it is recognized internationally for its quality, having been rated 98 points, "Outstanding," by the International Wine & Spirits Competition. The whisky delivers a character that is both mouth-warming and approachable, making it ideal to enjoy neat, with a splash of water, or over ice. It pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, or grilled meats, complementing its warming spice and smooth finish.
