Hippolyte Reverdy Sancerre

Hippolyte Reverdy Sancerre is a young and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc produced by Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy in Sancerre Wine Region of Loire Valley, France. This Sauvignon Blanc is vinified in stainless steel tanks, which slowly ferment and allow the optimal development of the aromas. It is bottled young to preserve its integral qualities. Served at 8 to 10 degrees Celcius or 46 to 50 degrees Fernahite, it is particularly appreciated with that other specialty of the Sancerre region. It contains 13% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Aroma: This Sauvignon Blanc has loads of limestone in the mouth and nose. It has rich citrus fruit and green pear elements, a thick yet crisp texture, and some significant bodies from the limestone soils. The intense scents of white fruits (pear and peach) unfold on the nose.

Palate: It is a perfect engagement between sweetness and fine acidity. It is a delicious and harmonious Sancerre.
